Are you a Data-Driven Marketer? You’re Likely Missing an Entire Category of Analytics

It is your job as a digital marketer to use data to TELL THE STORY OF SUCCESS OR FAILURE in so far as your Campaigns are Concerned.
It doesn’t matter if Person A or Person B are disagreeing – the data doesn’t lie.
“Never bring an opinion to a Data Fight”
If you’re of the opinion that “Calls are dead” – you’re dead wrong. To ignore this is missing a ton of business. Use DIGITAL to drive phone calls. PPC can be a major driver of revenue for sales coming over the phone.
HOW DO YOU TRACK IF YOUR INBOUND CALLS ARE COMING FROM A SPECIFIC PLACE?
Have a different number for each campaign and platform. Then you can tell where lead found the number.
CallRail is a good tool to generate different numbers for each campaign – ties into GA and you can track all sources for incoming calls.
CallRail also allows you to record all phone calls
BUT – You must make sure that the people you’re driving calls to are able to answer it.
Keep I mind that if you’re spending money (PPC) to drive calls and you’re not answering it – you’re literally wasting all of that money.
